- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25618Q9575_1 and is issued as an (RFQ) Request for Quotation, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88. This is a total SDBOSB set-aside. Network Contracting Office 16 is seeking a vendor to supply the following items for the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center Jackson, MS. Packaged Office Furniture (25) to include the following: 6 x6 Cubicles Sit to Stand Keyboard Tray with mouse tray, pencil drawer 3 Flipper Doors per Cubicle 24 deep Work Surfaces Fabric 67 high powered panels with sound proofing Tack Boards Task Lights under each Flipper Paper Management Bar, 3 per cubicle Power on Workstations Delivery and Installation Storage for up to 90 days with delivery up to 10 locations within the VAMC Jackson area or other leased space Installation within 72 hours of request Disposal of trash at an offsite location Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to Vernester.ingram@va.gov.
