- Title: Notice of Intent for award of sole source purchase order for Phantom Oxygen Masks for the AETC 351 BATS on Kirtland Air Forc Base. Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL The FSC Code is 4240, the NAICS Code is 339113 and the size standard is 750 Employees. Notice of Intent for Award: The 377 MSG/PK at Kirtland AFB, NM intends to award a sole source requirement to Cobham Mission Systems for the purchase of Phantom Oxygen Masks. Cobham Mission systems is the only authorized vendor that can provide the Phantom Oxygen Masks to the US Air Force. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within five (5) days of this announcement.
