Description

Base Access Request Wage Determination SC180054 Draft DD1354 Cost Estimate Worksheet Statement of Work IFB: FA4803-18-B-0008 IAW FAR 36-204(d), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the magnitude for this project is as follow s: Between $250,000 and $500,000. The government intends to award this requirement as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government intends to solicit and award this requirement with a HubZone set-aside. The request for this set-aside has been approved by the SBA. FAR 52.232-18, Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. NOTE: Interested offerors must request attachments 1a, Site Utility Map, and Attachment 4, Shaw Design Standards, from the appointed Contracting Points of Contact. Files will be submitted upon request through AMRDEC SAFE.
