SCA Wage Determination - Attachment 6 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and the solicitation number is N4523A18R0847, and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) using FAR Part 13 procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 effective 15 June 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 336611. The NAICS is for Ship Building and Repairing. The Product Service Code Class is J019. Requirement as follows: Contractor shall provide labor, facilities, equipment, material, tools and travel necessary to remove water and particulate contamination from hydraulic fluid to the acceptance criteria in accordance with Performance Work Statement (attachment 1). Periods of Performance: Base CLINs 0001-0004: 14-SEP-2018 TO 13-DEC-2018 Option CLIN 1001: 14-DEC-2018 TO 12-JAN-2019 Option CLIN 1002: 13-JAN-2019 TO 11-FEB-2019 Option CLIN 1003: 12-FEB-2019 TO 14-MAR-2019 Option CLIN 1004: 15-MAR-2019 TO 14-APR-2019 FOB Destination to PSNS & IMF, Bremerton, WA, 98314 All Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. SAM registration is free at sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
