- This Pre-solicitation notice is for Construction requirements for replacement of four exterior doors and two exterior single doors including welded steel frames in accordance with the Scope of Work at the Keene Army Reserve Center. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance of 90 days after Notice to Proceed. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to replace the exterior doors as per the Scope of Work. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 236220 and a size standard of $36.5 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-18-Q-1228. The solicitation will be posted on or about 17 August 2018. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System Award for Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov, under the appropriate NAICS.
