- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of an endoscopy documentation and reporting software program, brand name (Pentak EndoVision) or equal, which also includes a service maintenance agreement for a base year and 3 option years for Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson, CO. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
