- Description
- The Flathead National Forest located in the Northern Region of the US Forest Service contemplates awarding a contract for building demolition services. Work consists of removing the building and its contents from National Forest land and could include relocation of building; dismantling, salvage or reuse of building materials; recycling of materials; and/or disposal at an approved landfill. On-site burning of structures or any other materials is not allowed. Work includes demolition and removal/disposal of concrete footings, foundation walls and pads. The intent of this contract is to provide for the complete removal of the building. Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals that consider material salvage, reuse, recycling, or resale, as practicable. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with drawings, specifications, and provisions of the contract.
