- Brand Name Justification Statement of work Combined solicitation Synopsis Womack Army Medical Center has a requirement to replace and install of a OSC-00007 X-Ray Tube, M-113T for the Selenia Dimensions, Equipment Serial Number 81009100419 (Digital Mammography System) located in the department of Radiology, MAMO RM3. This is a one-time purchase to replace and install the X-ray tube. The digital mammography system is currently inoperable and failure to obtain this part will be catastrophic to the ongoing mission of Womack Army Medical Center's quality, and timely patient care. Hologic Inc is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OME).
