- This is a non-personal services requirement for an Expeditionary Service Contractor (ESC) to provide logistic support for U.S. Navy Forces and their designated personnel (also referred to herein as the Government ) operating ashore in Colombia in support of UNITAS 2018 during the period of 23 AUG 2018 through 13 SEP 2018. The ESC shall provide lodging, meals, water, translation services, fuel, support equipment, local Wi-Fi hotspots, local phones, and ground transportation as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
