- FA465918Q0074 Statement of Work FA465918Q0074 Brand Name J&A- Redacted FA465918Q0074 COMBO This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Brand Name acqusition notice for commercial items/commodities prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 319th Contracting Flight at 295 Steen Blvd., Bldg. 242, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205 intends to award a firm-fixed price contract award for the purchase of four (4) Olympus EPOCH 650 Digital Ultrasonic flaw detector Unit This is an brand name acquisition for the purchase of of four (4) Olympus EPOCH 650 Digital Ultrasonic flaw detector Unit as further defined in the price schedule. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) and Best Value to the Government. In order to be technically acceptable and meet Best Value practices your proposal must meet the salient characteristics described in detail in the attached State of Work (SOW). Quotes that do not provide Olympus EPOCH 650 Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Unit and meet the salient characteristics detailed in the attached SOW, will not be considered technically acceptable. All quotes must be returned to 2d Lt. Jexenia Bennett NLT THURSDAY 30 August 2018 at 2:00 PM CDT. This RFQ is being issued as a 100% total small business set-aside; all responsible and technically acceptable offers will be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 334118: Computer Terminals and Other Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1000 Employees. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, the government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. Award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors; therefore, each offeror's initial quote should be complete and accurate and contain the offeror's best price. However, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined to be necessary.
