- Weld patches to cover the holes the 45x25x4 metal (half full of cement) float (holes puncturing the float- a minimum of 1 hole per chamber and hole(s) from original incident). Certified welder required. Leave 64x6 gangway from the beach at Couverden adjacent to the piles well above high tide and secure to the beach by cable and rock bolt or anchor. Paint bottom with paint approved for painting steel boats for protection from organisims and rust and install zincs. Straighten the pile on site at the Couveden dock facility to be vertical using cable and restrain the pile vertical until it stabilizes.
