- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Polk, Louisiana is planning to issue a solicitation through Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) with the intent to award a 100% small business set aside competitive firm-fixed priced contract for Catholic Religious Education Coordinator Services in support of the United States Garrison Fort Polk Religious Support Office. The contactor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Catholic Religious Education Coordinator for the Fort Polk Catholic Community. The contractor shall perform specific tasks such as coordinating the Liturgical Cycle requirements, Cannon Laws requirements, Sacramental requirements, Ecclesiastical Parochial Norms and requirements, special events and attend meetings as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The projected Period of Performance is for a base year of 28 September 2018 to 27 September 2019 with two (2) - 12 month option periods. The applicable NAICS code is 813110. A solicitation will be issued on or about 21 August 2018 with an offer due date on or about 04 September 2018. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute a Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. The solicitation and any/all amendments will be posted and available for view and download through the FedBizOps website at https://www.fbo.gov/ as no paper copies will be issued. It is incumbent upon all interested parties to review the aforementioned site on a regular basis for any updates/amendments to the solicitation, review their Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE) and be registered as active in the System for Award Management (SAM) system. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract. FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures will be used for this procurement.
