- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful contractor to provide professional services to review nine post-Initial Study Report technical memoranda, compare with the Alaska Energy Authority's Initial Study Report Responses per the enclosed statement of work (SOW) for NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Alaska Region per this request for quotes (RFQ) NMFS AKR-18-30817 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement action is 541620 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
