- ORDER DESCRIPTION - 2018 SAPR PROMO ITEMS ITEM LIST REVISED - 2018 SAPR PROMO ITEMS **AMENDMENT LOG** AMENDMENT 001 NOTES: 1) Quote Deadline has been extended from Tuesday, 21 August at 3:00PM EST to Friday, 24 August at 3:00PM EST. AMENDMENT 002 NOTES: 1) Attached Excel Spreadsheet has been updated to change required quantities of Polo Shirts. Please review and ensure your quote reflects the updated spreadsheet. 2) FBO CLINS Removed to eliminate confusion. Vendors are to reference attached Excel Spreadsheet for required items. 3) Vendor-Government Q&A has been added. Please see below. This list be added to in the event further new questions are received. **VENDOR-GOVERNMENT Q&A'S** 1) Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this? (like,from India or Canada) ANSWER: Companies from Outside USA can apply, however per the RFQ, items must be USA-made where possible. If a particular item is found unable to be USA-made, then a non-USA source is permissible. If a non-USA-made item is offered where a USA-made one is available, that item will be disqualified from purchase. 2) Whether we need to come over there for meetings? ANSWER: No meetings or Site Visits necessary and none will be held. 3) Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA? (like, from India or Canada) ANSWER: See Question #1 4) Can we submit the proposals via email? ANSWER: Each individual ribbon is 3/4" x 1 1/4". Reminder to vendors that quantity of ribbons is 1,250 individual ribbons, NOT sheets. 7) Clin 4 & 5 - There are so many polo options available. Will you please advise as to the brand and style number you prefer or are currently using At a minimum the material and weight of fabric. Also, can you tell me what the stitch count of your logo is or provide the art which will be embroidered so that I may estimate the stitch count? ANSWER: Item #2 assorted selection is fine. 11) Item #9 states on the description sheet that you are requesting 500 pc of the Green Dot Shirts, but on the checklist, only 100 pc are requested. ANSWER: Item/CLIN 0008 & 009 are to be SAPR Shirts with the airplane logo. 12) Last but not least, some of the products (such as the t-shirts) have only been designed in the USA, but not manufactured. Will that be okay? ANSWER: If a particular item is found unable to be USA-made, then a non-USA source is permissible. If a non-USA-made item is offered where a USA-made one is available, that item will be disqualified from purchase.
