- Solicitation package (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number 69727618Q0000022. This requirement is a Small Business Set-aside and the NAICS code is 423120. The Department of Transportation (DOT) Maritime Administration (MARAD) Division of Gulf Operations (DGO) intends to purchase a 80KW Generator 480vac 3ph for the Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF), 2600 Amoco Road, Beaumont, TX 77705. All questions/concerns should be in writing and emailed to aline.smith@dot.gov. Quotes should be emailed to aline.smith@dot.gov NLT Wednesday, August 15, 2018 3:00 p.m. local time (CDT). Award will be fixed price. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror submitting a quote which conforms to this RFQ. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED TO RECEIVE AN AWARD, YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN SAM AND YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE ACTIVE AT TIME OF QUOTE SUBMITTAL. TO REGISTER, GO TO WWW.SAM.GOV. NEW REQUIREMENT: IF YOU SAM ACCOUNT IS NOT CURRENT, YOU MUST SUBMIT A NOTORIZED LETTER APPOINTING THE AUTHORIZED ENTITY ADMINISTRATOR BEFORE YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE ACTIVATED.
