- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA site has the requirement for Partial Engine Overhauls of the ETF40B Output Group (OPG), which supports the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC). NSWCPD seeks to competitively award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Definite-Delivery Definite-Quantity Type Contract. In order to be considered eligible for award, Offerors shall possess NAVSEA 05Z Designated Overhaul Point (DOP) certification letters specific to depot level repairs. The Government intends to issue the Solicitation as Unrestricted, providing for Full and Open Competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333611; Small Business Size Standard is 1500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is 2835. All Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. For further information and instructions please visit www.SAM.gov. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. The RFP along with any amendments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at http://fbo.gov on or around September 30, 2018 and will close approximately 30 days thereafter. All interested parties may download the Solicitation and any amendments through FEDBIZOPPS. No CDs or hard copies will be provided. Offerors shall be required to submit both price and technical proposals. Be advised that periodic access to the websites listed above is essential for obtaining updated documentation and information regarding subject procurement.
