- RFQ - Field Review of Appraisals 1.1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition (FAR) Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1.2 The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotes (RFQ) Number 86545A18R00005 for field review of appraisals covering Cook, DuPage, Lake, Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, Dekalb, Kane, Kendall and Will counties located in the State of Illinois in support HUD Atlanta Homeownership Center (HOC), Office of Single Family Housing, The proposed RFP is for a Indefinite Quantity Fixed Unit Price Task Order under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. 1.3 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 updated as of June 15, 2018. 1.4 This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 531320 and the size standard is $7.5 million. 1.5 This is a five-year task order contract. This is an indefinite quantity fixed-unit-rate contract. 1.6 This is a competitive solicitation. Prospective offerors are asked to review the entire RFQ prior to the submission of a proposal. Prospective offerors submission must clearly address the Selection Criteria stated in the RFQ.
