- provisions and clauses Specs 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared for in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement, 12619718Q0022, constitutes the only solicitation; quotesls are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price commercial supply contract. USDA APHIS to purchase Cryovials, caps and trays as described in attachment A, the location for delivery is: USDA - APHIS 1920 Dayton Ave, Ames, IA 50010. 2. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used for this requirement per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This requirement is being offered as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325211 with a size standard of less than 1250 employees. Product Service Code 6640. 3. This requirement is for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) 4. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) can be accessed on the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. 5. REQUIREMENTS --See attached specifications for details and requirements. 6. Products shall be delivered FOB Destination, price must include shipping to the delivery address. 7. This announcement closes on July 31, 2018 at 10:00 AM CST.
