- Statement Of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The 177th Fighter Wing is scheduling a Strong Bonds Event 14-16 September 2018. The meeting location should be within a 50-mile radius from the home base located at 400 Langley Road, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ 08234. Contractor shall furnish lodging, meals, meeting space, and audio visual equipment necessary to hold the event as per attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please provide your proposal with the following breakdown: 0001-Lodging 0002-Meals 0003-Meeting Space 0004-Audio Visual Equipment This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110-Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels- ($32.5M). The vendor selected must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation- Commercial-Items; FAR 52.212-3 (Alt I), Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items- the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications; FAR 52.212-4, contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.219-8- Utilization of Small Business Concerns; FAR 52.232-1, Payments; FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds; FAR 52.232-23, Assignment of Claims; FAR 52.233-1, Disputes; FAR 52.233-3, Protest After Award; FAR 52.233-4, Applicable Law for Breach of Contract Claim; FAR 52.246-2, Inspection of Supplies-Fixed Price.
