- Contractors Quote Sheet for solicitation W912KC18Q5002 'Temporary Water Filtration' Clauses and provisions for solicitation W912KC18Q5002 'Temporary Water Filtration' Solicitation W912KC18Q5002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 and Defense Circular Number 20180629. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 221310 with a size standard of $27.5M. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Location of performance will be at Horsham Air Guard Station, Horsham PA. Quotes for this solicitation shall be submitted using the attached Quote Sheet - W912KC18Q5002 file In Accordance With (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Quotes will be evaluated on technical acceptability and lowest price. Please see all applicable provisions and clauses in the Clauses & Provisions attachment.
