2 Surgical Instrument Procurement 618-18-2-040-0109 Project Title Surgical Instrument Procurement Period of Performance FY2018 Background The Minneapolis VAHCS utilizes various systems to provide care to its veterans. The Surgery Service Line is looking to procure surgical instruments to better provide patient care. Scope The Minneapolis VAHCS is looking to procure surgical instruments to assist the Surgery Service Line. Delivery The selected vendor shall deliver the equipment to the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The address is One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417 Place of Performance The selected vendor shall provide equipment to the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The address is One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417 GREY MARKET ITEMS:   The Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or "grey market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.   The offeror shall provide evidence of its authority to distribute the proposed equipment/system at the time of submission of its quote/offer.   Please note that such evidence is subject to verification by the Contracting Officer at his/her discretion.
