- Special Notice cover page Statement of Work Solicitation Terms and Clauses Special Notice of Sole Source Award Media Monitoring Services for Public Affairs Office. The solicitation number is FA8601-18-Q-0149. The NAICS Code is 519130 and the small business size standard is 1,000. The government (AFLCMC/PZIBB) intends to purchase the media montiring service from Cision US Inc for a period of one year. The service will be used at Wright-Patterson AFB. This notice is posted for the purpose of publicizing a sole source award. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Synopsitation Number: FA8601-18-Q-0149 This acquisition is a Sole Source Acquisition under North American Industry Classification ( NAICS) Code: 519130. Synopsitation Closing Date: Proposals must be received not later than 10:00 am, Eastern Daylight time on 23 July 2018. The entire proposal must be contained in a single e-mail that does not exceed 5 megabytes including attachments, if any. E-mails with compressed files are not permitted. Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e.,.exe or.zip files). Therefore, if the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that.zip or.exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at Wright-Patterson.
