- Wage Determination Equipment List Government Furnished Property Attachment Performance Work Statement Solicitation FA8132-18-Q-0028 MOTCH Vertical Grinder Spindle Bearing Repair This is a Solicitation notice for a Non-Personal services acquisition for firm fixed price Test, Teardown, and Evaluation and Repair of a MOTCH Vertical Grinder Machine(Model No. VGC52), including its Spindle Bearing, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This is a 100% small business set aside requirement. FOB destination is Tinker AFB OK. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 811310 Machine Tool Repair ; PSC/FSC Code: J099 Prospective offerors are advised that foreign participation is not permitted at the prime contractor level. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Please make sure all provisions and clauses are appropriately filled in (where applicable), when submitting a quote. Please send in the actual solicitation completed along with any other documentation to support your company's quote. Please make sure information stated is readable and legible.
