Description

Performance Work Statement (PWS) US Army Corps of Engineers Engineering and Support Center Huntsville intends to enter into a sole source acquisition with 3M for Secure Enterprise Dictation & Transcription Solution (SEDTS) in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency by emailing the contract specialist at joey.d.hobbs@usace.army.mil, by no later than 31 July 2018. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract and is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Authorized resellers must submit documentation to verify and validate the authorization as resellers. The applicable NAICS is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 M. This procurement is not set-aside for small business.
