- Solicitation package with PWS, Pricing Schedule and clauses The California Area Indian Health Service (CAIHS) has the need for an expert in the field of behavioral and mental health, adolescent psychiatry, and addiction medicine. This is a small business set aside and a firm fixed priced personal service contract. Contractor is to provide consulting services at the California Area Office of the Indian Health Services in Sacramento CA, one (1) day each week, not to exceed eight (8) hours a day. Performance period for all consulting requirements will be July 30, 2018-July 29, 2021 (one base year and two option years). The contractor shall perform duties outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (attachment A of solicitation described in section 4). The award will be a lowest priced technically acceptable source selection, with the lowest priced offeror being evaluated first, and if deemed technically acceptable then no other offeror will be evaluated. If deemed unacceptable, then the next lowest priced offeror will be evaluated until there is a technically acceptable offeror.
