- This is not a solicitation/request for proposal. The solicitation/request for proposal will be forth coming. When issued the Solicitation/Request for Proposal can be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2930-01-448-9439, Radiator, Engine Cooling. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base period of three years and two option years is anticipated. Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of five years. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and as "Other than Full and Open". Items will be shipped to various stocking locations within and outside of the continental United States. Item is determined as a commercial item and will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 12 procedures. Item is being purchased in accordance with the below: Radiator, Engine Cooling Reference Number: RA001 Reference Number: RP001 Reference Number: RQ011 Reference Number: RQ017 Reference Number: RQ001 Reference Number: ZD025 CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM APPROVED SOURCES AND PART NUMBERS BELOW: INDIANA HEAT TRANSFER, INC (0J567) P/N 12664 AM General LLC (34623 ) P/N 6050290 BEHR HEAT TRANSFER SYSTEMS INC (50022) P/N 1AF00019S BEHR HEAT TRANSFER SYSTEMS INC (50022) P/N 2AF00019 NAICS is 336390 Business Size is 1,000 Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA stocking locations. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The response date referenced above is estimated.
