Contractor First Article Testing applies to this item. FAT submittal is 90 days, FAT Government evaluation 30 days. Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This is a Stocked Item. Requested quantity is 5,791 each. Item has QCC of FCA. Requested production delivery of 400 days ARO. The solicitation and award will be issued IAW FAR 13.5. Other Than Full and Open Competition, Unrestricted.
