- 18R0069 THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. NSWC, IHEODTD intends to award a SOLE SOURCE to: Atlas Copco Rental LLC. This acquisition is a SOLE SOURCE requirement with Atlas Copco Rental LLC 2306 S Battleground Rd La Porte, TX 77571-9474 for the rental of OFA-ZT75-400CFM 125 PSI Air compressor, Air Dryer 500 CFM 150 PSI, Air Receiver 1000 Gallon, 3' X 50' STD Pressure, 3" X 25' STD Pressure, Power Cable 4/O-50' W/Camlock and Power Cable Pigtail 4/O. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in SAM www.sam.gov with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code: 532490, FSC Code: W043 and Size Standard: $32.5M employees. Offers must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on 27 July 2018. Please provide all responses and direct all questions to Jodi Fields by email at jodi.fields@navy.mil. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
