- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES The Army Geospatial Center (AGC) Alexandria VA, intends to award a firm-fixed priced, sole source award IAW FAR 13.106 -1 (b)(i),to TerraGo Technologies Inc. AGC requires a Premium Support Subscription for maintenance and support for AGC's custom implementations of TerraGo software and products. TerraGo Technologies does not authorize resellers to deliver enterprise license agreements or site licenses to federal customers. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 with a size standard of $38.5 Mil. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation is issued. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit written capabilities. As part of the written response the interested party must include evidence of the respondent's ability to support the requirement. Response is due Friday July 20, 2018 The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of response. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
