- Statement of work Clauses Solicitation This requirement is for one (1) Basic and one (1) Advanced Technical Surveillance Training. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to perform Basic and Advanced Technical Surveillance Training as defined in the attached Statement of Work except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Training is to be held at the vendors location. The solicitation number is 70VT1518Q0060. Please provide the solicitation number on each page of the quotations. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) pursuant to FAR Part 13. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 effective 24 January 2018. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at http://farsite.hill.af.mil or http://www.acquisition.gov/far/. Quotations are due No Later Than (NLT) 5:00 pm, EST, 03 August 2018. Quotes shall be emailed to the POC's for this requirement, Contracting Officer, Linda McAdams, linda.mcadams@oig.dhs.gov. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award. The Description of all requirements are in in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
