- H-1 O&I updated Market Basket New Guidance for Certified Cost and Pricing Data This is an amendment (Amendment 1) to the proposal request letter SPRPA1-16-R-009U, dated October 27, 2018 for the addition of H-1 Organizational & Intermediate (O&I) Level Consumables under the Bell Captains of Industry Contract (SPE4AX-17-D-9410). Certified Cost and Pricing data will be required if the total extended value of the resulting proposal exceeds the TINA threshold. The new updated TINA thresold as of 01 July 2018 is $2 million. Please see attached for further information on this new guidance. In addtion, the market baset has been updated from 4,632 NIINS to 4,387 NIINS. The updated list is attached. The closing date of this requirement for Performance Based suppoot of the H-1 (O&I) Consumable items is 28 Aug 2018.
