- Justification and Approval CRS requires contract support to provide customization to Identity Maestro (ServiceControl) to develop new Create and Manage tasks within Identity Maestro (ServiceControl) and to carry out user and queue creation and modifications in Mercury (Dynamics CRM) via an authorized Connector/API. This will allow the CRS Support Division to delegate the creation and management of Mercury users and queues to CRS Service Desk staff without requiring administrative login into the Mercury system. The scope of this development project is limited to the interface and connectors within the Identity Maestro (Service Control) software. This will include building a connector to Mercury (Dynamics CRM), a custom task for creating a user in Mercury (Dynamics CRM), creating a custom task for managing a Mercury (Dynamics CRM) user, and update the audit module to track, display and report on these changes. The Library intends to fulfill this requirement by issuing a sole source contract award to IdentityMaestro. Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a capability statement that demonstrates its ability to meet all the requirements described in the attached draft Statement of Work. The capability statement must not exceed five (5) double-spaced pages and shall include the following information: 1) Company name, DUNS number, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address 2) Corporate structure (corporation, LLC, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership, professional corporation, etc.) 3) References, including name, phone number, and e-mail address of individuals who can verify the demonstrated capabilities indicated in the statement and 4) Resumes for key personnel who would work on the contract for those individuals with knowledge and experience relevant to the requirement described in the draft Statement of Work. (Resumes are not counted as part of the 5-page limit for capability statements.) In accordance with LC06.305, Availability of the Justification, the Justification and Approval to issue a sole-source contract to IdentityMaestro, Inc. is posted with this notice.
