- NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD The Department of the Treasury, IRS, Office of Treasury Procurement Services (OS:PR:T) intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), to Sayari Analytics, LLC. for the purchase of Sayari Search Plus business records subscription service to obtain open-source business records from hard target countries in the Middle East, Eurasia, East, South, and South East Asia, and the Western Hemisphere. Subscription services will include access to business records; hard-to-access federal, state, and local public records data. These records will include corporate ownership and subsidiary information, and customs data. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to accommodate this requirement, within 5 days of this publication, by e-mailing the Contracts Specialist at Angela.C.Ortiz@irs.gov. This is not a request for quotes or proposals. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action. If parties choose to respond, any costs associated with preparation and submission of data or any other costs incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
