Provided Technical Proposal Forms J2 Wage Rate Determination J1 Drawings & Maps Solicitation The following project will include the removal and disposal of a +-250 gallon heating oil tank, 4 furnaces, 2 exterior cooling units, 1 interior cooling unit, 1 exterior vent, and removal of about 40 feet of ductwork. The project will include the installation of 4 new heat pumps, thermostats, wiring, connection to existing ductwork, electrical disconnects, repair of hole left in the wall by the vent, repair of hole in the wall left by fill hose for tank, and construction of two new concrete paver pads for two of the heat pumps. The offices and houses where this project will be performed are located near 7409 Staunton Parkersburg Turnpike, Bartow, WV 24920 off of Route 92/250 just East of Bartow, West Virginia. Project is estimated to be between $25,000 to $100,000
