- Description
- The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to complete the job. The scope of work is anticipated to encompass minor construction to include, but not limited to the following: replace the package unit Air Conditioning system/gas heating system with a new system meeting all OEM and designed required specifications and safeties; replacing all electrical wiring and piping connections; replacing the exiting gas heating system with new higher efficient gas heating system. The contract period of performance is anticipated to consist of an estimated thirty (30) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Procurement Method: SELECTION PROCESS: This procurement will utilize Lowest Price procedures. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the annual size standard is $15M. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns.
