- This is the updated version of the Statement of Work. Amendment 02: Please see the document labeled SOW Version 1.0, it is the most recent updated version of the Statement of Work. Amendment 01: 1. The RFQ is still asking for "Shall meet/Exceed the requirements of MIL-PRF- 32383/4" Inventus Power is no longer producing to that specification, the available CWB is MIL-PRF- 32383/4a. Will you accept "4a" or do I insist on "4" which might not be available, or very expensive to produce? ANSWER: We will accept the "MIL-PRF-32383/4a" 2.U.S. Army want 1 Ea. Cable, " Shall have a Right Angle Cable ( 90° Male to 180° Female) Glenair 8071-1472-12" with each battery? ANSWER: The requirement for the cable has been removed. This was previously solicited under W91CRB-18-R-0001 due to a number error the updated solicitation number is W91CRB-18-R-0067. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Division D, Branch H is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Inventus Power Conformal Wearable Batteries (CWB), to procure a total of 3,300 CWB battery packs for the Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier. The contractor shall deliver the following: Brand Name Item: Inventus Power (Illinois) Part Description: MB-CWB-150-1-LIT 150 WHR CWB battery pack Quantity: 3,300 This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Proposals will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Basis. Interested vendors shall provide an estimated delivery date or delivery schedule. Interested vendors shall provide unit cost for 3,300 conformal wearable batteries as well as the total overall cost. The Contracting Office is contemplating the issuance of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract that is in accordance with this RFP and the attached Statement of Work (SOW) labeled "A01; SOW Redacted". Please reference the attached (SOW) for additional details. No substitutions shall be considered. This RFP is Brand Name only of Inventus Power. The Government reserves the right to award without discussion per FAR 52.209(a). No partial orders shall be considered. See the attached Justification and Approval labeled, "J&A Redacted" for the Brand Name only of Inventus Power for the conformal wearable batteries. Interestied parties shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/, prior to award and shall maintain an, "active" registration status with no exclusions in order to be considered for award. The proposal shall include the vendors Cage Code. Any/all questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Kristin Anderson no later than 26 June 2018, by 12:00 P.M. EST. No telephone requests/questions shall be honored. All items shall be TAA/BAA compliant. Vendors shall acknowledge via email, any/all amendments made to the solicitation.
