- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W9124C-18-T-0003 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210 with a small business size standard of $38.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-07-19 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Sumter, SC 29151 The MICC Fort Jackson requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Shower Services. The Contractor shall provide 3 each, 8 stall shower units for 250 personnel located on McCrady training site, SC, (FOB Palmetto) as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance is 6-23 August 2018., 1, JOB; LI 002: Laundry Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform laundry service as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS. Period of Performance 13-22 August 2018., 1, JOB; LI 003: Full Food Service. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, subsistence and supplies necessary to feed and provide AMA meals for 300 personnel attending training on FOB Palmetto, located on McCrady Training Area. See PWS for additional requirements. Period of Performance 6-23 August 2018., 1, JOB; LI 004: Tent and Power Equipment. The objectives of this requirement are to provide billeting tent set-up 8 sleeping tents, one DFAC tent and one Medical Tent, power generation, air conditioner units and interior lighting for each tent. See PWS for additional requirements. Period of Performance is 2-23 August 2018., 1, JOB; LI 005: Portable Toilets & Hand Washing Stations. The Contractor shall furnish and maintain 60 single seat, portable chemical toilets, and 15 hand washing station. See PWS for additional requirements. Period of Performance is 2-23 August 2018., 1, JOB; LI 006: Delivery/Set-up/Tear Down. Delivery, Set-up and Tear down of equipment., 1, JOB; LI 007: Contractor Manpower Reporting: Contractor is required to provide data on Contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) for performance of this contract IAW the PWS. The cost, if any, for providing this data shall be entered into the space provided at this CLIN. If no direct cost is associated with providing the data, enter śNot a Direct Cost ť. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC Fort Jackson intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC Fort Jackson is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com. Offerors that are not currently registered to use www.FedBid.com should proceed to www.FedBid.com to complete their free registration. The HQ AMC-Level Protest Program is intended to encourage interested parties to seek resolution of their concerns within AMC as an Alternative Dispute Resolution forum, rather than filing a protest with the Government Accountability Office (GAO) or other external forum. Contract award or performance is suspended during the protest to the same extent, and within the same time periods, as if filed at the GAO. The AMC protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 35 calendar days from filing. To be timely, protests must be filed within the periods specified in FAR 33.103.
