- KIOSK INSTALLATION FOR BLM SALT LAKE FIELD OFFICE The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to include necessary qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities to conduct and complete the requested Kiosk Installation for BLM Salt Lake Field Office located on BLM lands within the Salt Lake Field Office. The Contractor shall prepare a work summary including all personnel, equipment, and supplies to install the government-furnished prefabricated kiosk kits for this project. Location: Maps are provided for the locations on BLM lands within Box Elder and Tooele Counties in Utah. No official site tour is planned. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the project locations before preparing and submitting bids. The project is 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 238190 with a size standard of $15 million or lower gross annual receipts. The project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 45 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation 140L5718Q0046, along with statement of work, worksite drawings, maps, vendor response form, installation instructions, and applicable construction wage rates will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net on or about 08/14/2018, with solicitation closing date roughly 15 business days after posting. These dates are subject to change. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at www.fedconnect.net. Bidders shall periodically check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guaranteed notification.
