- Commercial Solicitation Combined Synopsis Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachment constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720, with a small business size standard of 18 million. Specifications: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), The Fish Lake National Forest, Freemont River Ranger District, 138 South Main, PO Box 129, Loa, Utah 84747 is in need of twice weekly Janitorial Service for one year, beginning September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2019, with four option years.
