- The Richmond VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond VA 23249 intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of RT300-SLSA Clinic System. This requirement is intended for award to: Frontline Enterprises LLC, a SDVOSB, under the authority of VAAR 819.7007. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 334510. Small business size standard: 1250 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 2 business days of publication (on/before July 19, 2018 at 4:00PM). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
