- Description
- This is a synopsis of a solicitation for replacing/repairing energy recovery units and all associated duct work leading to 300 bathrooms across 4 different buildings. An invitation for bid will be posted and made available on or after 3 Aug 18. The Product Service Code is Z2FC. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, Size Standard is $15,000,000. The acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The magnitude of this work is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated award date for this requirement is 22 Sep 18. The anticipated delivery date will be 100 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed with an additional 80 days for both of the option CLINS. The Invitation for Bid is expected to be issued on or around 3 Aug 18 with an anticipated bid opening date of 3 Sep 18. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order to the responsible vendor whose bid conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. All responsible contractors may submit a bid and will be considered by the 17th Contracting Squadron. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any documents.
