- This request for proposal (RFP) 36C10G18R012 is issued for the procurement of Walkers for In Home Use. This acquisition will be issued as an open market solicitation under NAICS code 339113 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This is not a draft solicitation. Please review this RFP and all attachments for specific details and submission instructions. Questions concerning this RFP shall be emailed to Kevin Pendleton, Contract Specialist (CS) at kevin.pendleton@va.gov and Joy Garrett-Bey, Contracting Officer (CO) at joy.garrett-bey@va.gov using Attachment 5 (Question Submission Format) which is attached to this RFP. All questions or inquires shall be submitted no later than July 27, 2018 by 12:00 PM EST (Noon). Contractors interested in submitting a proposal shall email a complete proposal package to the CS and CO. All proposals are due on or before, Friday August 10, 2018 by 12:00 PM EST (Noon).
