**PLEASE READ: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about July 18, 2018. Description: The work consists of the capture and removal of wild horses located within the Devil's Garden Plateau Wild Horse Territory which comprises almost 258,000 acres of the Modoc National Forest. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project. Location: Modoc National Forest, Devils Garden Ranger District. Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for Total Small Business Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than time and date indicated on solicitation. SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
