- Statement of Work This is a pre-solicitation synopsis: The 144 Fighter Wing Fresno, Air National Guard - is seeking solar inverter replacement and repair, in accordance to the SOW. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 221114. The Disclosure of Magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 31 July 2018. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and email your quote in. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All questions concerning this synopsis and subsequent solicitation must be directed to Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez & Airman Adrian Ontiveros at the below listed e-mail addresses: jarrod.a.sanchez.mil@mail.mil and steven.a.ontiveros2.mil@mail.mil. A site visit will be required to quote this project. There will be only one site visit. The site visit will take place on 16 Aug 2018 at 0900am to meet at the West gate on McKinley Ave. All contractors that wish to attend the site visit are required to contact the above personnel before the site visit date, preferably by e-mail.
