- Policies and Procedures for Doing Business with the U.S.GOvernment Notice to Offeror Performance Work Statement SF1449 Solicitation The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Custodial Services in support of OS18 at Ojojihara Miyagi, Japan. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registrated to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 3: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 4: Any e-mails sent to this office regarding the solicitation must have the solicitation number in the subject line. Failure to do so may result in no response. Note 5: Offer due date is Japan time. Note 6: If the offeror send the solicitation by e-mails or FAX to this office, confirm receiving on the phone.
