Kingsbridge Road Rm. 9b16 Bronx NY 10468 Synopsis: Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northport VA Medical Center, is conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing the following services for Northport VAMC. Inspections, repairs, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and emergency repair services for Two (2) Carrier Air Cooled Chillers Located at Building 92, CLC 1 and CLC 2. Base period plus four option periods. Carrier Air Cooled Chiller, Model No. 30RBB2505-06C9I, Serial No. 3410Q74779 Carrier Air Cooled Chiller, Model No. 30RBF2105-H6C9I, Serial No. 3914Q81250 Scope of Work: The contractor shall perform the following inspections, repairs, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and emergency repair services to Carrier Air Cooled Chiller, Model No. 30RBB2505-06C9I, Serial No. 3410Q74779, and Carrier Air Cooled Chiller, Model No. 30RBF2105-H6C9I, Serial No. 3914Q81250: Operating inspections and reporting by logging equipment noting the following: General condition, operating data, noises, vibration, temperature and pressure. Inspect control and safety devices, check for proper refrigerant solution, lubricant and water level, confirm control and equipment responses, adjust for normal operation, provide inspection reports including recommendations for corrective actions. Stop inspections and reporting on all rotating devices, coupling and drives, inspect hold down bolts, inspect electrical connections, perform functional checks on control and safety devices, provide inspection report identifying any problem area including recommendations for corrective action. Oil and grease services. Annual oil change, routine lubricating, replace oil filters, replace refrigerant filters, touch up painting, blow down dirt legs/strainers, cleaning of control starter contacts, clean electronic modules, clean drain pans, leak testing of any disassembled joints. Annual scheduled maintenance services including annual scheduled maintenance tasks, internal inspection, clean oil sump, replacement of yearly expendable parts, minor adjustments, minor repairs, alignment check, calibrate controls, measure and record accessible clearances, leak testing of any disassembled joints or interconnecting refrigerant piping. Unscheduled maintenance and emergency repair services on an as needed basis. Unscheduled maintenance and emergency repairs services to be provided when it is necessary to diagnose problems and perform minor adjustments between scheduled inspections. Oil analysis, report, and recommendations, one time per year. Tube brush cleaning and tube brush inspection one time per year. Provide replacement parts for all services provide above. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 238220. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing via email and must be received no later than July 27, 2018. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement relative to NAICS 238220. Qualified offerors shall be experienced in addition to providers (sellers) capable of supporting this facility. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, and examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to DUNS number, address, and point of contact. If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov).
