- Attachment 1 - Draft PWS The purpose of the sources sought is to identify available authorized businesses to provide the required services outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Sources Sought: The 92d Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought seeking to identify responsible potential sources to service and maintain high-expansion foam fire systems within the hangars of Fairchild AFB. The maintenance performed will ensure that the foam fire systems are kept up to date on safety protocols as well as ensure the aircrafts are protected in case of fire. Routine and periotic maintenance will take place over a base year and four option year periods in accordance with the Draft PWS. The NAICS Code is 561621, PSC J012, with a small business size standard of $20.5 million. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties shall be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. A responsible potential source shall have registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Responders to this notice need to provide their business category (small or large). The response should be one page providing the following information: business name and address, CAGE code, size classification, Socioeconomic classification based on NAICS size standard and a point of contact. Additionally, include a one page attachment outlining the company's authorization and capabilities of performing service and maintenance outlined in the attached draft PWS. The attachment should show evidence of your experience in work similar in type and scope to include; contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact.
