- System and Support Requirements Draft Statement of Work The U.S. Census Bureau is seeking small businesses that can provide a commercially available FEDRAMP approved, cloud based Library Management Services (LMS). The period of performance is potentially for five years, with a base year and four option years. Please see Draft Statement for Work and System and Support Requirements, attached.
