- VCICXXX-19 Questions and Answers The National Park Service (NPS) has released Amendment No. 2 to the prospectus soliciting for proposals for a business opportunity to sell visitor convenience items at visitor centers and other locations at various parks within the Pacific West Region. Amendment No. 2 provides the questions submitted and the NPS responses to those questions. The Director, pursuant to 36 C.F.R. Part 51, has determined the existing Concessioners for the Draft Contracts to be awarded are considered preferred Offeror's. The term of the new Concession Contracts will be for ten (10) years. Any proposal, including those from each existing Concessioner, must be received by the National Park Service, Commercial Services, Attn: Kimberley Gagliolo, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104, on August 9, 2018, no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract.
