- RFQ The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service has a requirement for digital music in accordance with the Scope. Electronic Delivery is required. A Technical Point of Contact will be assigned upon award. The Period of Performance is October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019, with two Option Years. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value. Electronic delivery shall be included in the unit price for each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor's quote.
